This is the home of Moselele. We’re a ukulele group in Moseley in Birmingham. If you want you can come and play with us, you can find out when we meet on the about page. We have put all of the songs that we know into one great big database which you can search by song name, the band that made the song and the book that we’ve put it in. You can find links to the PDF for each song there. We also have vast collections of songbooks that you can download and share.

You can also find us on Facebook and Twitter. We’re always pleased to hear from people that play our ukes or use our songbooks. We’re most pleased to hear from people that are planning on coming along to play with us. So, get in touch.

Moseley Festival

It's the Moseley Festival. The single most exciting thing with festival in the title that happens in Moseley on an annual basis. Except, possibly, the Folk Festival or even the Jazz Festival. We have a lot of festivals. That's no bad thing. The Moseley Festival is the...

Poster Competition

This is probably the most exciting thing we've ever done . We're going to have a competition. There is only so far you can get by hoping people stumble across a web site so we need posters. Especially as there is a shop that sells Ukuleles bang in the middle of...

A Fundamental Change

Thanks to everyone who made it last night. It was reduced numbers this week (damn you sun and your world heating ways) but we got through just about every song in the book. There seemed to be quite an improvement with some of the older songs. Though our stumbling...

Done and Dusted

That was the second meeting absolutely completed and in only a few short weeks I reckon we've all improved quite a lot. As you can see from the picture we've even diversified into Kazoos as well as Ukueleles. We've now managed to play all the song book, which is an...

Just a reminder

I know there's no need for it. Humour me. Just a reminder that the next meeting is on Thursday (the 6th) at 8:00pm upstairs in the Patrick Kavanagh. There will be biscuits and surprise presents for everyone. There are new and exciting songs in the song book but don't...

More Songs

I've added quite a few new songs to the songbook. Some are easier than others, some we might just aim to do eventually. So, first off is the pomp rock classic, Livin' on a Prayer. A song that I think it is fair to say speaks to all of us. Though  it probably says...
